July! with 4 days 5 hours ... before EDD

Where do you go for your storage needs? IKEA!! Well, doesn't hurt that it's sooo near and you almost don't have to think about what you need... they TELL you what you need... MEHHHH!!!

Baby shelf that fits PERFECTLY at the corner of the already small room. Lots of clear storage boxes'always helpful. The untidy NTUC bags at the last level are the stuff that's supposed to go into my hospital bag. Yes, with 4 days to go, it's not really packed yet :P

Baby bathing station. We got the metal stand in germs.. tot that they would have it here too but i couldn't find it! Luckily kiasu me just bought it there and it fits perfectly, no more achy backs for mommy/grandma/daddy 2B! The table on the right is something hans built from the Gorm or whatever wood panels sold in Ikea. Since we never use the bathtub, we decided to maximise it's use for nappy changing too.

All the barang barang needed for changing nappy. Wet wipes for stinky poo, normal cotton that my mom prefers to use to clean the poo/urine, nappy liners, medicated powder, cornstarch powder *from Pureen*, hidden are the Ju Eu *Ru yi oil* and nappy cream. In the clear container, about 40 nappies *yes, mom who is doing the confinement for me would wanna stick to nappies during the day and pampers at night* already folded and ready to use. I have yet to print out the instructions and stick to the wall above. :P
Nappy Folding instructions
Where the baby bed will be, the smallest we could find to fit our room is from Ikea. No other place we could put it at without getting knocks and blueblacks in the middle of the night. No, the aircon does not blow downwards so baby will not freeze :P Maybe will just get abit wet if air con drips ... heh.
Our room with bed, baby shelf on the right and hospital bag on the window sill.
And to end off my posts for today... after dunno how many hours... here are some clothes that you might find familiar! Well maybe you won't lah cos most of you would be too young to remember the clothes you wore in those days. But these are but some of my clothes that my mom kept!! So i guess these designs were in fashion during the mid70s eh?? She's also got nappies that i will be using for Sparrow and towels and blankets. These clothes are more unisex cos she didn't have scans in those days either and didn't know whether it'd be a boy or gal.. just like me! If Little Sparrow's a gal, then she'll be wearing some of my other clothes that mom stored. Yay momma!
