June... I'm getting there!

Some of the 2nd hand toys that we got from our frens here in Singapore. Also must thank everyone for all their generous hand me downs, i love them! Besides this, got ourselves also 2nd hand baby phone, walker, baby swing, rocker, bed set for germs and heaps of other stuff. Looks like we got to store the toys well and just intro it slowly one by one to Little Sparrow, cannot spoil with so many toys! We'll be splitting some to put at my parent's place too. We also got a 2nd hand bed to put at my parent's place. So now that we've got the entertainment, we need to start getting the other things ready... like a baby bed, shelves, bathing and cleaning station etc. Since we've stopped all the travelling, we have this 1 1/2 month to prepare everything... and good thing that it's the GSS too. ;)


Me at 9.5 months, at the botanical gardens. I can only handle an early breakfast there cos anything later and I look like I just stepped out of the shower :( Maybe one reason for all the water retention is that I cannot replenish enough water since I perspire so much these days. Can see that the swell is going to my fingers and my face these days. Pelvic pains are also common and sleeping is only on the left side most of the time, right side for only a short time and on my back for like barely minutes and then it's really uncomfy. Besides that, i'm getting used to the swollen feet and legs and i just bochap and walk the day away until I cannot even bend my feet to walk or that little scared feeling that the top of my foot's gonna explode any moment! :S
My meetup with the other mommies delivering in July from SMH! I started reading a whole lot more after I came back cos I was totally lost between the Pureens and Tollyjoys and Pigeons and NUKs and Avents and... u know.. the list continues!! Must thank all the kind souls out there who patiently write all their experiences for noobs like me.

In the meanwhile, also making good use of my personal table and learning new tricks each day :P Man, I'm gonna miss the convenience of it ....eh, i think lah.

I think the side profile kicks a$#. I succumbed to ^$$^ on Birkenstocks even tho they are just house shoes at home in germs and altho it's supposed to be good for the feet, they are freaking hard soled!!! Took some getting used to to walk the day in this. The other more comfy option are my Tevas but sadly they dun go with anyone i wear :/ let's see how many holes smaller i'll have to adjust to when the swelly feet goes down.
