Xmas 07 New Years 08
So let's see what's mommy and daddy's been doing since they found out that alittle sparrows fluttering its way into our lives :P Since we usually try to spend Xmas with Han's family and CNY in Spore, we headed back to Germany in Dec. Above is the chapel in Salzburg area where the Xmas song Silent Night was written in. 
Not wanting to totally forget what morsel of skiing capability I had, we took a very easy piston at Winklmoos and had a leisurely schwoop down the wonderful snowy slopes. We didn't really tell our parents we did it... altho it was really very safe but I was around 3 months preggy at that time and we all know how parents can get... yes yes... i know.. WAIT TILL I BECOME A PARENT THEN I'LL KNOW ... yeah.. the wait is rather short now :S At this stage, I was already putting on some weight, altho I wonder if it's really due to the pregnancy :P Mammaries wise, I had already started wearing some bigger sizes and I really couldn't fit into my jeans anymore! So off to Mothercare to get those really comfy maternity jeans with those banded tops. Perhaps that was a mistake, cos it really led me to eat a WHOLE lot more comfortably. Some of the yummies I could not resist when we were back home: Leberkase, lots of homemade jam, fresh bread, fresh meats from the local butcher, Xmas cookies and goodies, heaps of fresh milk *of course not the low fat!??!*, chocs, yoghurt, butter milk and all kinds of dairies and pastries and cakes from MIL. It's like I gave myself the visa to gorge since I knew I was pregnant! I can't really say if it was a good idea or not besides the fact that I can't fit into most of my clothes. Perhaps I'll update again after breastfeeding etc... to see if I really am able to lose all the weight! *shudder* But I cannot deny... it was really a blissful time with Xmas weather and goodies.
and how can we resist our little own fireworks fun on New Years?!?!?!?
